Comparing yourself to others who are successful will not help you improve.
Spend time developing your skills, knowledge, and talents rather than becoming trapped in the vicious loop.

Action: Invest the same amount of time and effort into being the greatest version of yourself and developing yourself on a daily basis as you do comparing yourself to others.
2. Making negative remarks about oneself
“I can’t do it,” “I’m so dumb,” “I’m so big,” etc. These are all negative ideas that are detrimental to your health.
Say “no” to this self-defeating thinking pattern.
Maintain an optimistic attitude.
Shift your attention, alter your inner dialogue, and concentrate on solutions instead of self-pity and negative self-talk.

Health is a kind of riches. Processed, unnatural meals laced with artificial chemicals should be avoided.
