You’ve undoubtedly heard of Trello, a project management application. Asana, TaskWorld, and Todoist, to name a few, are undoubtedly familiar to you. Yes, they’re all almost identical. I prefer Trello since it is the most convenient. Apart from the fact that I am a freelancer, everything is free.
There are many more free applications available, such as Trello. On the other hand, the basic free package is often inadequate. Trello is the best free basic software I’ve come across so far. If you’re prepared to spend a little more, I’d choose Asana above the others. Google Keep is a fantastic choice if you want something simpler.
Harvest is a time-tracking software available for download on iTunes. It’s installed on both my iPad and my partner’s Macbook. You’re not alone if you’re unsure how a timer may help.
My partner suggested Harvest to me since he knows how quickly I can get absorbed in my work and lose track of time. He was annoyed by the fact that I made him wait almost every time we had plans to go out. As a result, he set a timer for me. Setting an alarm with a timer works. I’m not as prone to procrastination as I once was.

I used voice search to locate the best hotpot restaurant near me, for example. It responded with a Google map position right away. I also asked for the reviews to be shown, which it did! I tried again to check what restaurants are open in my area right now, and it provided me a list of eateries along with their hours of operation. After that, I asked it to interpret some Chinese words I’d spoken. My Chinese words were effectively translated into an English voice. Last but not least, I asked it to play my Spotify music, and guess what? It did. Yes, it did!
You can basically ask Google Assistant anything! My absolute favorite tool on the face of the earth!
I use calendar reminders to ensure that my daily productivity is high. This is how I stay on top of key events, flights, and meetings. I use Google Assistant not just to set an alarm, but also to add events and appointments to my calendar. Yes, Google is really amazing.
